How much is the shipping?

The shipping costs are automatically calculated individually for each destination country and communicated on the checkout page.

Germany

For orders up to €48.99, we charge €4.99 for shipping within Germany. Shipping within Germany is free for orders of €49 or more.

EU (including Denmark and Cyprus)

For orders up to €59.99, we charge €4.99 for shipping. Shipping within the EU is free for orders of €60 or more.

Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK), Norway

We charge a flat rate of €9.99 for shipping to the UK and Norway. We now also charge only €9.99 for shipping to Switzerland. Please note that additional customs fees may apply.

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer. By covering the return shipping costs, you help us maintain our high level of service and product quality without having to pass on additional administrative costs to you.
