Flo has tried many training methods â but none have motivated him in the long term.

Flo says: Rope skipping gives him energy â not only physically, but also mentally.
And as a reward, he treats himself to a non-alcoholic wheat beer. đș
What counts for him is: "just go for it."
The technique came with time â through routine, repetition and enjoyment of training.
