Jumping rope is the first workout I've actually done—because I enjoy it and the community pushes me.🪢🔥

Flo has tried many training methods – but none have motivated him in the long term.

His favorite moment after training:

When your heart rate slows down and you get that good feeling:
I did something. I got fitter. I stuck with it.

Flo says: Rope skipping gives him energy – not only physically, but also mentally.
And as a reward, he treats himself to a non-alcoholic wheat beer. 🍺

What counts for him is: "just go for it."
The technique came with time – through routine, repetition and enjoyment of training.
