Incredible quality!

Excellent quality

I honestly don't think I'll ever switch to another jump rope. These are simply incredible. They've completely transformed my training because I can do more jumps in a row and I'm much less likely to lose my rhythm due to missed jumps – thanks to the super clean rotation in the handles.

Jump ropes are super effective, but I wanted to build more muscle. That's why I got myself some heavy ropes that really make your arms burn. They're much heavier than you'd think. I train with them in short intervals – my forearms burn every time, but they're getting noticeably stronger!

Find the right rope length

What if I'm between two lengths?

Beginner:

If you're new to jump rope training and have never jumped, choose the longer option. This gives you more room for error when learning.

advanced:

If you have previous jumping experience or generally have good coordination, then it comes down to personal preference. If you primarily want to maximize the speed of your jumps, then we recommend the shorter version. If you prefer to work on your tricks and freestyle jumps, the longer version is more suitable.

If your rope is too long, you can easily shorten it yourself. Hier you can find instructions. Alternatively, you can contact us to exchange the size. 

Does it matter if my arms are long or short?

No. The arm length does not change the corresponding size recommendation. For proper hand placement, your hands should be at hip height when your hands are about 8-12 inches from your body on each side. If you have longer arms, try bending your elbows a little more to keep your hands in the right place. You should NOT get a longer rope.

Does the rope length include the length of the handles?

No. The measured length only considers the length of the rope from one end to the other.

What if I chose the wrong length for me?
