Your role

As Country Manager for France, you are the driving force behind our market expansion – strategically, operationally, and creatively. You will further develop our brand locally, manage all activities for the French market, and work closely with the marketing and founding team.

This is what you bring with you

• You speak French at a native speaker level and have very good English or German skills.

• You have 2–5 years of professional experience in marketing, business development, e-commerce or growth – ideally in startups or direct-to-consumer brands.

• You have a good sense for target groups, trends and communities in France.

• You are hands-on, entrepreneurial, and a talented communicator.

• You are familiar with digital tools and marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Klaviyo etc.)

Your tasks

• Expansion of the French market

• Localization of marketing campaigns and performance measures (email, meta & influencer)

• Building, supporting and activating our French community (Brand Ambassadors, Creator Relations, Customer Engagement)

• Local market analysis & continuous optimization of sales & brand KPIs

• Close collaboration with design, product, logistics and customer support

• Everjump's representation in France – online & offline
