What payment methods does Everjump offer?
Everjump offers a variety of payment options. When you complete an order and proceed to checkout, you can choose from several payment methods. If you wish to change your selected payment method, simply click "edit" next to it. All prices on the website are gross prices, including VAT, for end customers. For purchases made outside the EU, the price paid at checkout is the basis for calculating import duties. Prices on the website are calculated in euros. If payment is made in a different currency, the conversion will be carried out based on the exchange rate and a conversion fee. The final price after conversion is displayed before checkout.
Payment by credit card
You can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. Your credit card will only be charged once your order has been shipped.
Refund after a return
If you return one or more items, the corresponding value will be credited back to the credit card originally charged. Please note: If your credit card has expired, a refund to your bank account is not possible. In this case, please contact your credit card company.
Refund upon cancellation
Any amounts already paid for the cancelled items will of course be refunded to you immediately.

Payment via PayPal
If you select PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the checkout process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your credentials and complete the payment. New to PayPal? Then you can check out as a guest or create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. Payment is usually received within a few minutes, and your order will be processed immediately. Please note that by clicking "PayPal," you agree to PayPal's terms and conditions and accept their processes.
Refund after a return
If you return an item, the refund will be automatically credited to your PayPal account. You can choose whether the amount is held in your PayPal account or transferred back to your bank account within your PayPal settings. If your PayPal account is closed, we reserve the right to issue a refund to your bank account. Unfortunately, a different PayPal account cannot be used.
Refund after a cancellation
We will refund the amount of the cancelled items to your PayPal account.
Payment via instant bank transfer
With the instant bank transfer payment method, you transfer the total amount to our account. You will be automatically redirected to Sofortüberweisung.de for this purpose. As soon as we have received the payment in our account, the goods will be shipped.
Refund after a return

App subscription
When you purchase our monthly or annual app subscription through our website, payments are processed by Recharge. Recharge is an eCommerce platform that manages the ongoing subscription business. Our app subscriptions can also be purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play (depending on the device you are using). In this case, unlike purchases made through our website, payment transactions are processed through the respective Google or Apple system. App subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled at any time.
