Jump rope is the first workout I've actually stuck to â because I enjoy it and the community motivates me. đȘąđ„
Flo tried many training methods â but none of them motivated him in the long term.
Everjump is different: The training is uncomplicated, fun â and the app community keeps him motivated.

Flo himself says: The rope skipping training gives him energy â not only physically, but also mentally.
And as a reward, he treats himself to a non-alcoholic wheat beer. đș
For him, the motto is: " Just keep going."
The technique came with time â through routine, repetition and enjoyment of training.
