I wish I could still...

The recommended space required for rope skipping is approximately 3 meters from front to back and approximately 2.1 meters from side to side. The ceiling height should roughly correspond to the length of the rope.
  • If you order size Small, you will need a ceiling height of at least 2.44 m.
  • For size Medium you need a ceiling height of at least 2.59 m.
  • For size Large, a minimum height of 2.74 m is required.
Make sure the jumping area is clear and that there is nothing on the ceiling that could obstruct you (e.g., lamps, fans, etc.).
